Privacy Notice for Colorado Consumers- Enroll360 Match (also known as Match powered by Concourse)

1.     Applicability. This Colorado Consumer Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the EAB Global, Inc. Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of Colorado (“you”).  This Colorado Notice uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the Colorado Privacy Act (the “CPA”).

 We do not knowingly process personal data from children under the age of 13.  We also do not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers, as defined in the CPA.  To the extent we process deidentified information, we will maintain and use the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information unless permitted by applicable law.

3.     Your Colorado Privacy Rights. If you are a Colorado consumer who interacts with us in an individual or household capacity (and not in a commercial or employment context), you may have the right to: (1) request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data; and (2) opt-out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of your personal data.  In addition, you may have the right to obtain your personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the personal data to another entity.

How to Submit a Request

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by completing the EAB Data Request Form here or calling our toll-free number at 877-613-6393. You may also broadcast the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. If you use the GPC, we will process it for your browser, but it will not apply outside of that browser to your device, account, or offline sales or sharing. After using the GPC, if you clear your cookies in your browser, you will need to use the GPC again for us to process your opt out for that browser.

If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may ask for your written permission or a power of attorney. Where you provided your authorized agent with written permission, we may require that you also verify your identity.

How We Verify Your Identity to Complete Your Requests

To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before complying with your access, deletion or correction request.  If you request access to or deletion or correction of your personal information, we may require you to log into your account if you have one, and provide certain information, including, but not limited to:

  • Contact information (such as name, email, address); and
  • Information about your recent contacts with EAB.

In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we may require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
